I had unprotected sex on the 15th and had a Heavy flow on the 24th until the 29th(but my period usually start on the 29th). But on the 13th the next month (4 weeks after a maybe conception) I’ve gained weight, had frequent urinations during night and morning, had on and off nausea, constipation and sometimes wanted to vomit. Is it possible that I’m pregnant?

Has anyone ever spotted for over 2 weeks in early pregnancy and had a viable pregnancy? I am 7 weeks and I go for my 2nd ultrasound today as I have been spotting for weeks now. The last scan only showed the sac but no baby but I was 5 weeks along. So I go back today and I am excited and nervous at the same time.
