I was curious as to what foods you should eat during pregnancy as well as what vitamins i should take?

I want to do anything and everything that will keep my baby healthy and safe.

While millions of dollars are spent on the wedding industry yearly, 50% of marriages in the US end in divorce. I am writing about failed marriages, abusive marriages, and loveless marriages and need to know what the percentage of people is who get married because of an unplanned pregnancy. I find myself feeling a lot of different emotions now that I am pregnant (7 wks). One of the main feelings I get is sadness. Has anyone else experienced this feeling often during their pregnancy, and what did you do to help yourself feel better?

I’m 25-26 weeks pregnant with my second child, for the last three days I have been experiencing low dull period like cramps in my abdomen, I’m just curious if this is normal? I never experienced this with my first pregnancy. I’ve taken tylenol to relieve the pain, but it hasn’t been working.

I know that pure DHA/EPA supplements are recommended the last 4 months of pregnancy but what about the 1st trimester? I am taking pure Omega 3 supplements (Pregnancy Plus brand) and TTC – Just wondering if I should just wait until the 2nd trimester if I get pregnant?
