It is ok to grieve when you have had a chemical pregnancy. A chemical pregnancy means that you were able to conceive and probably will again. A woman does not cause a chemical pregnancy. The cause usually lies in chromosomal abnormalities, low hormone levels, obstructions or fibroid tumors in the uterus, immune issues, luteal phase defect or an inadequate uterine lining. They do not happen because of the cardio workout from the day before or a softball that hit your stomach. Most of the women who suffer miscarriages will go on to deliver healthy babies during their next pregnancy.
Actually, mothers will tell their daughters that if they miscarry, it is God’s way to say it was an unhealthy pregnancy. A woman should not be afraid to continue to become pregnant. It’s a way of washing away the problems in the inside of the woman’s womb, and to prepare the body for a fresh start with a happy ending.
