this will be my first baby and i am 16 weeks pregnant. i actually lost a lot of weight due to morning sickness, but morning sickness has calmed down a lot. Now i rarely throw up but im wondering if it is normal to be still throwing up at 16 weeks. Sometimes I cant even hold down my food and the smell of certain things makes me vomit. Is this bad for my baby? I have no experience of pregnancy since this will be my first child. Some advice and some tips would surely be appreciated and would help a lot!
