I didn’t have this with my first pregnancy but than again that was 7 years ago, Im suffering with terrible constipation. Anyone know of any natural remedies or anything I can take? Any advice would help.

Drink lots and lots of water, eat high fiber foods and walk walk walk.
eat foods high in fiber like wheat. and drink prune juice. my sister in law is 5 months pregnant and she’s not allowed to take medicine so she tried prune juice and it worked.
Its probably the iron tablets that the doctor gave you but the best thing to drink is prune or natural apple juice stay away from bananas they make it worse
yea i had the same thing happen to me my constipation got so bad that i used to cry because of the pain of pushing! it felt like couldn’t even push without a sharp pain in my stomach!….i just stated to increase my fiber intake…i like prunes so i just started to eat at least 5 prunes a day or and apple with the skin …that regulated me alot and now i don’t have that problem….but if you continue like that you could end up with hemorrhoids and you don’t want that!
drink lots of water, eat lots of fiber, fruits , vegetables.
