I am 40 weeks pregnant on December 12 and i’ ve been getting lower abdomen pressure and some back pain for a few days. Today I found a little pin drop of blood on my under wear and I was wondering what this means?? should I call my Doctor?

It means that labor should be starting soon. I wouldn’t get too worried over a little tiny drop of blood. Could probably just be some of the “bloody show” starting to come up. Just make sure to time any contractions you start having.
when the spoting start the means it is about time see call doctor.
call your doctor to reasure your mind. to mostwoman the very beginning stages of labor feels liek needeing to make a bm but you can’t go. like whne you hav the stomach flue and your stomach hurts. i didn’t bleed at all until 2nd pahase while some people bleed at the very beginning. don’t be alamed. just get checked out in the morning unles you get super concerned..the er is always open and if the nurses there think its necisary get your doctor to show up.
