I’m heading to S. Florida for Thanksgiving and we are staying at a beach resort. Just wondering if there is any harm swimming in the ocean or pool when pregnant. I know I have to stay away from hot tubs.

Yes it is perfectly okay to swim in it..just don’t swallow any. LOL.

no it dont do any harm……..you can swim in a pool or ocean
As long as your water has not broken you can go swimming anytime. Make sure you don’t get too much sun!
