Yes you can get a girl pregnant in a pool if you have sex with her. I would highly advise against having sex in a pool though. I have read that it can be very dangerous for the girl as water can get pushed up and trapped inside her which can cause problems and infections. Just do it somewhere else and avoid the risk.
