Implantation can cause cramping. But if you have ANY spotting, call your DR. Pain and blood are signs of a miscarriage. If you are miscarrying, unfortunately at this stage in your pregnancy, there’s nothing that can be done. Good luck!
YES!!! Everything and anything can and will start hurting. Things are changing all the time and moving and stretching etc etc. Unless it seems servere or lasts for days I would just take it as your body changing and baby growing.

it could be ligament stretching. that was not too pleasant. call your OB if you’re concerned. they can put your mind at ease. OH, and a great book to read when you’re newly preggers, is “Fearless Pregnancy”. That book REALLLLY eased my fears. good luck!
