Is it possible to have a 2nd pregnancy with no signs or much different signs?

with my first i did not have any signs. but with my second i had sore breast, vomitting , and was tired all the time
yes i have heard this happen to many many ppl! each pregnancy is different!!!!

I have had 5 births and 2 m/c and all of them were different. Some were similar.
And I have 3 boys and 2 girls so it was not the gender of the baby that made any difference.
