Question from bb

In my 2nd pregnancy my nausea started within 7 days of my period being due. Well my period was due yesterday so I figure the nausea will start within a week. (2 positive pregnancy tests!) I just thought it would be fun to quiz moms on when they started feeling nauseous. Also, with my 1st baby, I was sick for 3 months. With my 2nd I was sick for 5 months. I’m also curious how long your nausea lasted especially if you ever had it for over 5 months!

  • A:

My nausea began the day I got the positive test. I’m still nauseous daily at 5 months pregnant.

  • I started getting sick around 6 weeks – I’m now 9 weeks and still sick :(

  • Hi, I have got good tips in following have a look.. open first one in below result

I think you will love this for giving good information.

  • I started getting nausea at around 7 weeks.

I was worried because I wasnt sick right away like they do on TV..HAHA. But when I asked my doctor about it he said it was normal. Most morning sickness/nausea doesnt start until around 8 weeks and USUAULLY anything before that is ALL IN THE HEAD! (like vomitting the moment you see the positive test)

  • With my first I started getting sick 1 week after she was concieved! It didn’t last long at all though! With this one about a week after conception I was having dizzy spells and light headed. When that finally went away (@ about 13 weeks) I started throwing up from 9pm til 1130am that lasted a few months

  • I started having nausea around week 7-8, and I am now at week 17 and have it on and off, but definitely not as often! It started getting better around week 14…but is still here unfortunately. I STILL cant eat chicken, it makes me sick…and I love chicken!

  • i got a positive two days after my missed period and nausea started within a week and didnt end until about 16 weeks. i’m now 18 weeks and i still have times when i eat and throw everything back up but its nowhere near as frequent as before

  • I tested because I was so nauseous so early on. I tested a day before my period and I was nauseous days before that.
I’m almost 12 weeks and I lost 3 lbs since my last doctor visit which was three weeks ago.
    Crazy right?

This is my second pregnancy, and I can’t remember being this bad with my first one. My sickness subsided after three months and this time around, it feels like its only getting stronger.

I haven’t eaten a meal in days and I’m frankly pi55ed about that.
I’m going to Target to get some more saltines.

  • Every pregnancy is different. My mom is a mother of 3 and everyone of us children were completely different. Now, with me being pregnant, I was very sick the 1st 4 months day and night, I even lost weight at the beginning. It finally let off but I still get sick from time to time and I’m 33 weeks.

  • My nausea started a few days before my missed period, that’s actually what made me go to the doctor. Mine was horrible for the first 4 months, like vomiting 6 times a day, but then they gave me the medication sense I was losing weight and that helped so much and it finally stopped!=)

  • Mine started at 6-7 weeks and was daily until about 11 weeks, with two pregnancies. I felt worse when I was tired or didn’t keep myself busy.

  • I started getting sick the day after I had a positive pregnancy test. I was six weeks at the time I am now thirty-one weeks pregnant and im still sicker then a dog…
