One Response to “How can you tell if its regular pregnancy back pain or your chronic back pain? plus how can you tell if its ?”

  • It can be hard to tell the difference. The achiness that late pregnancy can cause in your lower back is going to be very similar to chronic back pain. The kind of back pain you can get when labor is close or during labor, is a more deep kind of ache, more like your getting your period, but can be worse; it feels more internal, if that helps. For me, it was like a combination of feeling like I was getting the flu and having my period, but concentrated in the back (I’m talking the pre-labor and labor back discomfort here).
