I am 19 and 29.2 weeks pregnant. I am about usually a size six at 5’7 and was wondering about how long it took you guys to get your body back after pregnancy.

3 months to get into my pants but then 2 more months later I had to get a smaller size, I think alot of the weight came off cause of breastfeeding and a healthy diet.
From what I understand it takes a month or two to go away, but if you’re exercising regularly while pregnant, it should be easy to lose the weight.
3 weeks to get into my pants, 2 months to lose all the weight. I am now 8 pounds lighter than I was when I got pregnant, and my son is 4 months old.
I have been VERY careful about what I eat, and I walk a LOT.

before pregnancy i weighed around 115 im 5’5. and i went up to 152 during pregnancy and it was all in my belly…i was huge..but from behind you couldnt tell. but i lost 45lbs within 3 months of delivering, by walking everyday with the baby and cutting out every drink but flavored water, i didnt eat any fast foods, and 3 nights a week i ate some kind of fish with rice and brocolli!!
it only took me 6 weeks but i worked my butt off.
It depends on how much you gained…
but seriously dont lose it quickly because you get stretched skin and marks like that. Breastfeed and you should lose it all slowly in 2-3 months time.
