  • Clomoid will help to develop multiple eggs.so, there is a chance of having multiples with Clomoid. according to statistics the percentage is 20 to 30% for multiples with clomoid.

    all the best.

  • Clomid (clomiphene citrate) is a prescription medication used to treat infertility in women. Due to the way it works, Clomid increases the chances of multiple births, including twins, triplets, or more.

In clinical studies, about 30 percent of women taking Clomid became pregnant. Of these pregnancies, 7.98 percent were multiple births, including:

    Twins — 6.9 percent
    Triplets — 0.5 percent
    Quadruplets — 0.3 percent
    Quintuplets — 0.1 percent.

Of the twins, there were five times as many fraternal twins as identical twins.

The increased chance of having multiple births with Clomid is due to the ovary-stimulating effects from the medication. It is important to remember that pregnancies with multiple births are more dangerous than single pregnancies. For this reason, it is generally not recommended to take Clomid for the purpose of having twins.
I looked it up and this is what I found.

  • Just wanted to say that I am a believer in Clomid. I think the percentage of you conceiving twins is between 8 and 12 percent with clomid. I was on clomid one month and am now 8 weeks pregnant with twins. I wish you the best of luck! When do you get to test!!!
