  • A lot of weight loss workout that are available aren’t very good, but i have found this one place that may have what you’re looking for. They have many weight loss tips, stomach fat loss tips, exercise, etc with search support for you to find best tips which i think may help you. They’ll probably have what you’re looking for there.
    so’ have a look:-

  • How on Earth do you plan on maintaining your weight and carry a baby inside you? You need to gain between 25 and 35 pounds to have a healthy baby!

  • You won’t be able to maintain your current weight during pregnancy, but you’ll be able to maintain a healthier weight and it will be alot easier to lose the baby weight after your birth if you incorporate a fitness plan during your pregnancy. Plus, the healthier you are, the healthier your baby will be. Talk to your doctor to find out what will be best for you and the baby.

  • I think your dr would answer this best. If you had been working out before becoming pregnant then you can continue on a lighter scale until 3rd tri and will help you in delivery. You do need to gain weight to support your baby’s growth, it’s best to lose weight after you give birth.

  • Your supposed to GAIN weight while pregnant..Just don’t gain too much..walk for 30 mins to an hour everyday to keep healthy..Your baby will drain a lot of nutrition from you and if you try to lose weight when you should be gaining your not going to have any energy at all.
