You should never try to get pregnant immediately after a D&C. You're supposed to wait at least 2 menstual cycles before trying to concieve again. Your body needs time to heal. But it might be easier because some people want to try right away to get preg again so that might increase the chances? I told my doctor i wanted to wait to try again, he told me just to wait until after i started my period to start my pills but nothing about increase pregnancy chances.
