Question from austin88071

I am five weeks pregnant with twins. I was told I should start to show about seven weeks. I was also told that when I am 4-5 months pregnant, I should look like I am nine months pregnant. I can’t wait to see what I will look like when I am eight months. I just want to know if I can be pregnant with twins and not have morning sickness because every website I looked at says if you are pregnant with twins, you should have extreme morning sickness and I have no morning sickness. The one that gives me the most details about twin pregnancy, I will give her Best Answer. Remember, that’s ten points.

  • morning sickness is not an indicator of a healthy pregnancy what so ever, and loss of morning sickness is not a sign of loss of pregnancy.

Its the fluctuation of hormones that causes the sickness. A lot of women get ill until their bodies adjust to the hormones. However, there are plenty of women who’s bodies either regulate quicker, or simply dont react with sickness.

There is no reason you HAVE to be sick, no matter how many children you are carrying.

    Enjoy your time.

Personally, I was nearly 9 weeks before morning sickness kicked in.

  • yes..some people do somepeople dont

  • You don’t have to have morning sickness just because you are pregnant with symptoms, but its more likely since your body is working twice as hard now. I was 8 weeks pregnant with my son before i felt any kind of sickness… You still have a little bit before you will feel sick. Just take it easy and hope that you won’t, not everybody does. Best wishes for a happy healthy pregnancy and babIES!

  • you could be very lucky and not have morning sickness. uaually women with twins create more hormones than women with one one baby and that could be one of the causes for more extreem symptoms

  • there are no rules on morning sickness, i was sick for the first 4mths with only 1 baby, but my friends was the picture of health with her twins, hardly a sick day in site, thank your lucky stars that your having a easy time :)

  • i seriously hope you are NOT really pregnant.
in THIS question you state you are 12.

i think perhaps someone is messing around on mommies computer.

i esp. hope you aren’t 12 considering in THIS question you state you’ve already had ONE baby, had a miscarriage and are now preggers w/twins.

and then HERE you claim to be 2 1/2 weeks pregnant and already know you have twins…which one answerer points out is impossible.
little girls shouldn’t be playing games on line.

  • My best friend had twin girls about six months ago and she was sicker than a dog. Her doctor told her that it depends on a womens natural chemistry. If you already have high levels of hormones in your system you may not be as affected by the changes in your body. But if your levels were either normal or a little lower than normal than you will experience a greater amount of pregnancy sickness and other things.

I must tell you that when she was ready to deliver she couldn’t even reach her cabinets because her belly stuck out so far.

I wish you all the best and hope that you continue to have a happy and healthy pregnancy :)

  • The amount of children you are carrying doesn’t have anything to do with the amount of morning sickness.

I had a single pregnancy and mine hit around 7 weeks and was horrible all day and night until the day he was born. I know friends who have twins and didn’t have any at all. Every pregnancy is different.

  • yes, morning sickness differs for different people, some dont get it at all, some get it no matter what. depends on the persons body
