The day I was supposed to start my periord I had minimal light brown spotting for a day. My period has not started and is normally on schedule. I took a home pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative, but I did not take it with the first morning urine. I took it after 2 bottles of water. Could I still be pregnant? Should I take another test? go to the doctor? wait?

I would wait a couple more days and if you have not gotten it then take another HPT. If it still comes out negative then I would go see your doctor. Good Luck!!!
Usually you’re supposed to wait 2 days after taking a test to do a retest. I don’t think you’re pregnant since you have light spotting which could be a sign of your period about to start soon and also you have a negative test. Pregnancy test are usually very accurate.
