Ladies I am currently on birth control but think I may be pregnant, I am on ortho cyclen, and have been since may prior to I was on ortho tri cyclen lo, but it wasnt strong enough and I had lots of break through bleeding…well since starting ortho cyclen everything has been fine except for one month, I had severe pain and thought I had appendenitis turned out it was an ovarian cyst that ruptured! So I went to my dr and he told me although I shouldnt be I am in the 2% who could still get pregnant since, I had a cyst that ruptured…I am still ovulating…this happened about 4 months ago maybe 3, anyways everything has been fine until now, I have been getting the same symptoms I had with my daughter (who is only 10months) eating ALL the time-never full, breast tenderness, super tired!!! So I am thinking I am so pregnant, I went and got a test took it and it was negative, well this happened with my daughter I took a test a few days before my period and it was negative, I was 1 day late took another one and before I was done peeing it was positive….well lat night and this morning I had some light pink spotting, and after coming from grocery shopping its now a little brown spotting-only present when I wipe…I am so confused and I am still on my active pills…

Im not sure if you are pregnant, so I wouldn’t stop taking your birth control. Get a blood test or take another pregnancy test in the next couple days. I would recommend getting a disposible cup and pee in the cup then hold the stick from the pregnancy test in the cup for the amount of time on the instructions. I got a negative read just peeing on a cup and three hours later I peed in a cup and HELLO baby boy!
