Hi, i expected my m/period to start on the 8th Aug, but i instead started spotting on the 5th Aug, after sex. Up to today 9th Aug. I spot thrice a day. Feel feverish, could i be pregnant? i did a home pg test and it were -ve. What causes spotting? i have never had it. Please advise

It could be implantation bleeding… try another test in a week if you don’t start….

you more than likely won’t get a proper result for a pregnancy test until your period is at least 3 day late. and spotting is caused by the egg burrowing into ur utuers. and ur only a day late maybe you actully have you period and its just starting out really light. remeber as well that your period doens’t always have to come on time. its normal that your period is sometimes a few days late. you may also have mixed ur days up or something. i seriously wudn’t jump to conclusions until ur at least 7 days late. by the way feeling feverish can also be a sign of pms
Spotting could be a result of any disorder. Since your pregnancy result is -ve, it must be something else, may be vaginal wall damage because of hard sex. To ensure, take a sample of first urine in the morning to clinical lab, so that pregnancy could be proven or else.
spotting is deffiantly a sign of pregnancy. it is usually caused when the baby attaches its self to the uterus. if you took a test and it is neg. take one again a week later. if it is still neg. call your dr. so you both can figure out y you are spotting/missing your period. *loosing and gaining weight is another reasson this could be happening.
Hi, I do not want to worry you but you should really go and see a doctor, I had a similar experience about a year ago and it turned out that the spotting and feverish chills were caused by an ectopic pregnancy. So go and see a doctor as soon as possible, good luck
