Question from hanna
I just had a baby 12 weeks ago and Ive lost most of my pregnancy weight. I just need to lose these last 8 pounds to get back to 113lbs,That was my pre-pregnancy weight and I loved my body. Now I cant stand my body and it seems impossible to lose the rest of the weight. I do excersises, but when I do crunches they just bulk up my stomach and make it look bigger. and I need to get rid of the flab on the sides of it and my thighes. does anyone have any suggestions for me? Please help! Thank you….
I dont breastfeed anymore…

Breastfeeding Breastfeeding Breastfeeding Breastfeeding… Its good for the baby, its good for you, and you burn off the excess fat in your body to help your baby grow!
If you cant Breastfeed then try hula hooping. (I know it sounds silly but it rely does work, my best friend did 1hr a day for a month and had no problem putting off that last 15 pregnancy lbs)
You need to do a mix of cardio and strength training. I would suggest 45 min of cardio at least 3 days a week. This all assuming your doc says its ok for you to start heavy exercise.
Try pre/post natal yoga. Also pilates is fantastic and it’s really not that hard once you get into it. Or even just 20 minute walks as often as you want.
My mom lost 40lbs in 8 weeks from just walking up and down hills.
I don’t think I’ll be so lucky, but apparently just breast-feeding and walking can really do a lot.
BREASTFEEDING!!!!!
cardio is a great workout. if you have the time, try a personal trainer at a local gym. they’ll know exactly how to firm you up and get you toned. good job losing all that weight though!!!
Breastfeed.
