The doctor should have given you a list. And dont worry the list is very short of things you cant eat.. Just things like fish with a high mercury content.. I just typed in into google and it gave me tons of sites to look at. Its probably your best bet!

i dont no any sites but i was told just dont eat raw meat or eggs.
no shrimp.
if u eat fish check the Mercury levels.
make sure hot dogs are well cooked also..
and not alot of caffeine like chocolate, coffee, pop, tea stuff like that
