I need a list of which foods are really good to eat and bad to eat while pregnant? Please help. I am 4 months pregnant and I havent been to careful about my diet but im am realizing theres alot of foods i shouldnt be eating.

  • Bad:
    Seafood with high mercury content..example: most exotic fish..like Swordfish,jellyfish etc.

    Good: Veggies. Lean Meats..

  • im not sure of ALL the foods, but i know sushi is definitly off the list. you should just try to eat healthy but dont starve yourself of your cravings either.

  • Bad- soft, unpasturized cheeses, undercooked meat and eggs, alcohol, lunchmeat (unless reheated ’till steaming- this includes hot dogs), mayonnaise (I just found this out this morning- oops, too late) raw cookie/ brownie dough, high mercury fish, junk food.

    Good- fresh, frozen and canned fruits and veggies, lean, well cooked meats, low fat dairy, whole grains…you get the idea.
