The pros of fish, especially fatty fish with high omega 3, clearly outweigh the HYPOTHETICAL risks. Omega three is so good for the brain, joints, vasculature, heart and a lot of other stuff. i never did ate any kind of fish when i was pregnat anyway not even soda pop none coffee only ice tea once a while water a lil bit of mike alot of fruit and veggatables and my baby he is really heathty whatever you eat when you pregent that will pay you when your baby born
dont be selffish and feel like i can eat everything cause sometime its really not good for your baby (only 9 months or1 year to be to your self if you breast feeding
