5 weeks pregnant and throwing up from morning sickness? Anyone else experience sickness this early?

I’m about 5 to 6 weeks. I have felt fine until this morning. I started feeling sick and had to pull over while I was driving to throw up! I ate fruit and yogurt fir breakfast and to my prenatals. That all got thrown up. Has anyone else had morning sickness this early? Also should I retake my prenatals?
