My dad is cooking for my fiance and I tonight. He’s cooking mexican salmon, not sure exactly what that entitles but I know it’s salmon. He said that it’s safe to eat while pregnant but he’s not a doctor or pregnant women so I just wanted to double check. Is salmon safe to eat? I’m not sure if it is farm raised or wild salmon.
