Question from fun girl

I had my second miscarriage in October. It was a long three months, but I had a second D&C and finally got my period. I know that you’re supposed to wait two months. I’m wondering if anyone went through something similar and went on to have a healthy pregnancy, and how long you waited to get pregnant. Please answer if you’ve had similar experiences.

I’m going threw my second pregnancy. With my first pregnancy I gained so much weight. Way over the reconmended weight that women should gain during pregnancy. Eventhough, the weight came off pretty fast after the birth. I have heard that it is harder to lose the weight the second time around. I want to try and maintain a healthy pregnancy weight. Any suggestions to help?

I had a miscarriage last weekend, at 6 weeks pregnant. I know I want to get pregnant again but I am scared. I have two beautiful children, ages 4 and 8. I would like to hear from women who have had miscarriage(s) and then gone on to have a normal, healthy pregnancy. Can you tell me how long it took to get pregnant? When you decided to try? How your husband/significant other felt about it? etc. I would love to hear your story.
Only positive stories, please. I need something positive right now. I am very vulnerable. Thanks!

My partner, who’s a bit “up” in age wants another baby. What’s the maximum average age to risk pregnancy and healthy birth for both mother and child?
“SgtShamy” if you could give a MAXIMUM age, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

With all the research I’ve done, I’ve found that the healthy pregnancy weight gain for me is 11-15 lbs. I’m 5’7, and I weighed 216 lbs before I got pregnant. I’m 13 weeks and 1 day along, and I weigh 196 lbs. So to gain the 11-15 lbs am I supposed to weigh between 207-212 lbs or 227-232 lbs at the end of my pregnancy?

Question from MnKLmT

at 16, i had a miscarriage, & i’ve always thought it was b/c i was on birth control, & i was going through a really bad time in my life & was heavily addicted to using pills and weed and alcohol. (don’t do it anymore… 4 yrs clean) & i stopped when i found out i was pregnant, but miscarried about 2 wks later at 5-6 weeks.

then, at 19 i miscarried again.. by a different man… at 4-6 weeks. i didn’t realize i was pregnant until i miscarried. i was on birth control then too

both times i vomited alot and was violently ill the whole time..

now i’m married, and almost 21, and we are considering trying to concieve within the next year or so… and i’m terrified of having another miscarriage….

how possible is it for me to have a healthy pregnancy? what are the odds of another miscarriage?

what has your experience been?

my husbands sister has had probably 15 miscarriages.. never a healthy pregnancy… i don’t want that to happen to us!!!
