I am 9 weeks pregnant, and have started to walk everyday. I am very overweight, and don’t want to be even bigger at the end of my pregnancy! I want to stay as healthy as I can for the baby and myself. After the pregnancy I plan on actually losing weight, but during I would like to get in better shape. I walked 2.5 miles yesterday, and it felt great. Is that too much though?

My wife is 8 weeks and 3 days pregnant and she has been noticing that she has been losing a bit a weight 1-2 or 3 pounds, shes been vomiting a lot lately I think shes one of those who happen to be over-vomiting is this normal for her to suddenly be losing weight?
