5 days late on my period now, i took a test 1 day late and it was negative. days later and still no sign of my period. I had a misscarriage in october last year and all my tests were very faint when i tested back then and i was 2 weeks late at that point, could i just be one of those people who have low hcg levels in early pregnancy?? …. do you think i could be pregnant?? please help guys

in august i had an ectopic. tuesday i took an accu-clear test and it came out negative. wednesday i took 2 more accu-clear test and they both came out negative too. wednesday afternoon i took a clear-blue teat and it said that i was pregnant. yesterday i went to the hospital because i was concerned because of my last pregnancy. there pee test came out negative so they gave me a blood test. they said my hcg number was 14 which was low. i am about 4 weeks and 2 days pregnant according to the online pregnancy calculator. i was reading online that at week 4 your hcg levels should be between 5 and 426 mlU/ml. i go back to the hospital sunday morning. im nervous because i really want this to be a successful pregnancy. has anyone had this happen and they had a successful pregnancy? i just need some sound advice just to keep me calm.
