This is my third month of trying to conceive after suffering a miscarriage. This month i strongly believe i have conceived. My last period started on October 25. I have a 27 day cycle. My next period is due on November 20th. How soon before my expected due date can i take a home pregnancy test and get an accurate result? Thanks in advance for the answers!

I had a miscarriage in Aug of 09 and then they did a D & C on the 4th of Sept due to my body not doing it on it’s own. It took my husband and I about a month to get pregnant with our first child and about 2 months to get pregnant the 2nd time which ended in miscarriage. We have now been trying for about 3 months and still not pregnant.

I’m almost 12 weeks along and today when wiping I noticed a very small amout of red blood. I’ve also been having lower right abdominal pain which I usually get when I have either a yeast infection or urinary tract infection.
I have two children and also had one miscarriage before at 12 weeks. Should I call the doctor or wait? I don’t see anyone again till the 20th otherwise.

A friend of mine, who lives with her ex boyfriend (yes awkward), has been feeling a lot of pain in her lower abdominal area and I’m worried. She’s been pregnant for nearly 3 months. Her boyfriend hit her into a pool table corner and she’s been feeling the pain on and off ever since then. I wasn’t there at the time, though. What are the chances of her having a miscarriage or some other problem during her pregnancy?

at 16, i had a miscarriage, & i’ve always thought it was b/c i was on birth control, & i was going through a really bad time in my life & was heavily addicted to using pills and weed and alcohol. (don’t do it anymore… 4 yrs clean) & i stopped when i found out i was pregnant, but miscarried about 2 wks later at 5-6 weeks.
then, at 19 i miscarried again.. by a different man… at 4-6 weeks. i didn’t realize i was pregnant until i miscarried. i was on birth control then too
both times i vomited alot and was violently ill the whole time..
now i’m married, and almost 21, and we are considering trying to concieve within the next year or so… and i’m terrified of having another miscarriage….
how possible is it for me to have a healthy pregnancy? what are the odds of another miscarriage?
what has your experience been?
my husbands sister has had probably 15 miscarriages.. never a healthy pregnancy… i don’t want that to happen to us!!!

I’ve never had a regular period. I usually go every six months before I have one. My older sister was the same way and it caused complications when she tried to concieve. She finally did after ten years. Also, my mother suffered a miscarriage but had three other healthy prenancies. I’ve always wondered what my chances are of getting pregnant. What do you think?

Hello in my 1st pregnancy i don’t remember all of the signs i had, but i remember having a loss of appetite, back aches and just a little sickness, but it ended in miscarriage in october.
