Exercise is out of the question although I do have a very busy working life as a teacher and looking after my other two children.
I put on a lot of weight with both other kids and although I managed to lose it later with breast feeding – I am not getting any younger and would appreciate some really good dietary tips from ladies who are pregnant, slim and healthy.

Obviously, a ‘healthy diet’ is going to give better odds than a diet _seriously_ deficient in necessary-for-anyone nutrients, but is there any proof that a person eating a lot of clearly healthy stuff has better odds of a healthy pregnancy and baby than somebody eating junk food, while taking a pre-natal vitamin?
