I had this prob with all my pregnancies. and I always forget to ask my OB. The palms of my hands and soles of my feet get really hot and dry especially at night. I use lotions, and creams, I’ve tried just washing my hands, but that just makes them drier, I’ve used different soaps, and I figure if I could find out the source of this peculiar problem I could fix it. Any ideas?

I saw a show on Tyra where women were pregarexic (don’t know if thats the right word) but basically women that starve themselves during their pregnancies to remain small. You’re supposed to gain 20 pounds by the 6th month.. a pregarexic might only gain 2-5 pounds.

I had a healthy pregnancy and gave birth to a healthy baby in January 06 than miscarried at 8 weeks in June 07. I havent heard of many people having normal pregnancies and then a miscarriage. Has anyone experianced this and if so did you go on to have another normal pregnancy?

I already have 3 kids and all of their tests didn’t come out positive til like 3 weeks or later after my missed period. Now i got a positive pregnancy test and i haven’t even missed my period yet. Its supposed to come on the 22nd of this month. Does anyone have a clue why it shows up positive now even tho in my previous pregnancies they all showed up negative?

I was on whattoexpect.com and it mentioned that statistically women that experience nausea during pregnancy are less likely to miscarry, though many women have had perfectly healthy babies and not been sick at all.

I was wondering if anyone else has heard this before?
I have had two miscarriage before my current pregnancy, and at 9 weeks pregnant, this is the first pregnancy I’ve actually been sick, and VERY sick at that! Though my last pregnancies didn’t make it past 5 weeks. I have high hopes for this pregnancy
