So, I am only 11 weeks, however, my jeans are actually feeling more snug!:( I am freakin out because I have not been eating any more than before i was pregnant. I am scared because I dont want to gain too much weight at the end and then have to lose a bunch after the pregnancy. I guess I just want to hear peoples stories about how they ate and exercised and how much they gained in their pregnancy. xxThanksxx

Hey I am just wondering I am not pregnant yet. But I had a friend that was pregnant she weighed 220 when she got pregnant and after the pregnancy she weighed 180 now after a year she weighs 160. she said she didn’t do anything to loose the weight that it was the pregnancy. Is this possible?

Is there any specific exercise or method to get rid of extreme lower back pain? I got it during my pregnancy and it doesn’t seem to go away. I know it’s not because of my weight because I have been having it since I got pregnant, not when I gained weight. My bones are all messed up back there. I’ve been to a physical therapist but my bone always goes back to the wrong place (sideways). What should I do?

Shelley: I’ve tried that too (3 times)…it didn’t made much difference. Does that mean I’ll need a surgery? No matter where I go, doctors tell me they can’t help. Well, they are not the ones who can’t get up in the morning without help.
