If you have implantion bleeding with one pregnancy will you have it with all pregnancys?

I had implantion bleeding with my first pregnancy. And then again with my second, but I had a miscarriage on the second.
Will i always have implantion bleeding?
I also go to the bathroom all the time and check I guess i am going crazy waiting lol
