Me and my boyfriend are always talking about pregnancy, as you can tell by our previous questions. Buthe asked a really good one. This might sound silly but does everybody type need to excersise in early stages of pregnancy, or just the heavier sets? Im personally a small frame so is it really neccasary for me to do that? And if so, what excersises should I be doing?

Will those things affect the baby more in the early or later stages of pregnancy? I don’t drink and I’m not pregnant, but let’s say a woman drinks alcohol the first month or two of her pregnancy versus the last couple of months of pregnancy. Which would be worse for the baby?

My last period was on November 13th, meaning if I concieved it would have been around Dec 2nd. I have been in some pain, mild variying at points to extreame pain. I actually took a percocet last night because nothing would help my pain. I was wondering if thats normal for begining stages of pregnacy, or if maybe I had a cyst. Is it possible to be pregnate if you have a cyst break?
Im really trying to get pregnate and any info would help.

I have a feeling that i may be pregnant but just haven’t got round to taking a test yet. I have suffered severe heartburn, dizziness and slight nausea in the past 4 days. I know that nausea is a common pregnancy symptom, but it is normal to have heartburn this early on in pregnancy? I would be two weeks maximum! Any advise would be gratefully received!!
