What are the chances of a pregnancy if semen was ejaculated outside the vagina, exposed to air for roughly ten minutes, and then a small amount (2 fingertips) inserted into the vagina? This happened a maximum of 4 days after the end of the period?? There is also a possibility that some of it could have been wiped off on the thighs or stomach or underwear…

I’m only 8 weeks but my stomach is so bloated. It is insanely painful. I can’t keep food down anyways, but is there anything I can do to alleviate the pressure in my stomach? As we have said before it is still important to strengthen your abdominals during pregnancy, however not through crunches or rotations, therefore static work is important like the one you see in this video, this pregnant exercise is a great way to help maintain the tone and strength of your stomach, legs and bum. We suggest that if you are in your first trimester then you should perform 2 sets of 15-20 reps, second trimester 2 sets of 10-15 reps and your third trimester you should perform 2 sets of 8-10 reps. However, what is more important is monitoring your exercise intensity, on a scale of 1-10, 10 being maximal exertion you should never exceed between 5-7, so if you are relatively fit then you may want to perform the higher amount of reps, just make sure you monitor your exercise intensity properly.
