Question from Bubs will be here in 9 more weeks!
We went to subway and got a bacon egg (yellows) and cheese and I got some hot sauce on mine (I’ve been craving spicy stuff) And was wondering if it’s ok to eat when pregnant? I only had 3 or 4 bites of mine because there was to much hot sauce on it. It was toasted and on flat bread. I am 31 weeks.

I am 12wk pregnant and I have been craving a BMT from subway for weeks now! I know the deli meat isn’t good thing to eat while pregnant but if they toast it that should kill the bacteria right? Can I eat a BMT from subway if I have them toast it?
